I have 20+ years of automotive repair, claims and software experience and I am experienced with all aspects of automotive collision repair, claims processing and planning & implementation of large projects. I have the advantage of having worked in different areas of the automobile industry, from repair facility, to claims adjusting, to working in project management at the headquarters of a major auto insurer and now at a large software provider. At Solera I manage our Field Service operations for the US for our estimating product, Qapter. I also assist with scope, planning & scheduling our implementation team for our dealership point of sale product, DealerSocket.
