I'm a self motivated sales professional with years of experience in sales and business development in the investment and real estate markets. I founded a vacation rental company using recycled building materials such as shipping containers as an effort to promote inexpensive and sustainable habitats for profit. As an investment advisor, I started with no clients and grew my AUM to over $100mm. Co-founded Core Property Investments, a bootstrapped real estate investment start up, and was directly responsible for expanding the company to owning and managing over 10 apartment buildings in Southern California. I also created and successfully launched a brand new IoT product into the multi-family channel and within 6 months created partnerships with several of the largest REITs in the nation.I thrive on hunting for new business and am very adept at connecting and building relationships with decision makers at all levels of the spectrum, from S&P 500 companies to the small start up and truly look for win/win situations when negotiating.One of my passions, other than traveling, is helping others through charitable organizations. My experience with charities spans over 25 years working with World Vision, Teen Challenge and several local charities and schools.
