Liaise with their respective IT personnel and meet with management to obtain the necessary information to complete a security posture check.• Develop the methodology and process for the generation and automation of security reports, collection of user account classifications, and other security-related data.• Document and enforce policies and standards surrounding user account and access cleanup endeavors.• Utilize Nessus to detect and remedy vulnerabilities with TSA Counterparties who still have direct connections to BarCap’s infrastructure. • Automatically imported multiple data files created by Nessus as well as provided by TSA Counterparties into a SQL Database

Provide Solutions Engineering and Project Management consultancy servicesMAJOR CONTRIBUTIONS:• Provide MSI packaging utilizing Wise Package Studio to satisfy customer requirements.• Modify Vendor-supplied MSI’s via MST utilizing custom actions as needed to ensure all application components(addins, etc) are installed to work with multiple versions of Office(2003, 2007, 2010)• Serve as liaison between client personnel and Virtual Dynamix on-site staff, driving deadlines as needed.• Serve as Team Lead, providing training and management including time tracking, Quality Assurance review of staff output, and distribution of work load. • Create, edit, and troubleshoot Thinapp packages as required by clients.• Create weekly and ad-hoc project status reports as required by the client. Run queries within SCCM as required.• Provide recommendations on process improvements as discovered.• Create and modify Microsoft App-V applications as required.

Retained to provide MSI software packaging for Citizens’ bank utilizing Wise Package Studio, shell and VBScript. MAJOR CONTRIBUTIONS:• Quickly became the SME for hard to complete and/or troublesome software packages requiring thinking outside of the box. • Assisted and documented workarounds for issues surrounding the initial configuration of the remote work environment (useful VMware image configuration, necessary processes for expediting initial account setup)• Assisted with the evaluation of other consultants on the project.

PC Support member from 3/2000 to 10/2000. Responsible for the "Mobile Banker" project, building hundreds of laptops and automating that process. Desktop Engineer from 10/2000 to 10/2005. Primarily responsible for packaging and maintenance of Core applications (Office suites, Hotfixes, service packs, antivirus). Provided Documentation and on the job training for new hires/consultants.Security Engineer from 10/2005 to present. Responsible for maintenance, upgrade, and review of existing and new Antivirus and HIPS products, security risk assessment and prioritization of Windows-based vulnerabilities and their patching scheduling. Working with other IT groups to ensure Security projects are completed in a timely fashion.

Handled the IT strategy and initiatives critical to ensure a secure and robust platform for the firm’s security technology. Reengineered key applications to strengthen quality of service, timely delivery and staff capabilities while improving reliability and reducing costs. MAJOR CONTRIBUTIONS:• Created the policy and standards for the firm’s antivirus and HIPS requirements. • Automated, maintained, and upgraded the firm’s ISS/IBM Proventia Desktop and RealSecure infrastructure using tools such as VBscript and MSSQL DTS jobs/T-SQL queries. • Created scripts, reports, and automation of processes utilizing vbscript, cmd script, and T-SQL. Analyzed IPS and other security events via ArcSight to detect and address potential attacks or threats and improve performance.• Provided packaging and testing for security-related software packages utilizing Wise Package Studio, vbscript, T-SQL.• Performed complete systems analysis, planning and redesign of the firm’s Antivirus solution.
