Site Trainer for Amazon Robotics. Conducting classroom based training to employees from multiple Amazon Fulfillment centers across the Midwest region of the United States. Conducting hands on assessments to insure all trainees are able to perform multiple tasks related to the Amazon Robotics system. Overseeing site training compliance from all shifts to meet the required training standards from Amazon Robotics. Occasionally traveling to different sites across the Midwest to train other Site Trainers. Often training people at my home site so that they can launch buildings in their own home regions.

Performed multiple roles within Warehouse. I spent my first 2 months of my tenure as an order picker. I was then moved and trained in the robotics department. My job role their consisted of responding to issues with in the Amazon Robotics system. I was then moved to assist in leading the robotics shift on a daily basis.
