I am the IT Director for Maschoff Brennan where I take on the responsibility of everything IT for the firm. That entails purchasing, inventorying, budgeting, managing, networking, security, and servicing all of our equipment as well as manage the IT team. My previous employment was with Jones Waldo serving as Sr. Systems Administrator, Trainer, and Support Services Manager for over 15 years. The IT industry is my passion. I believe in constantly learning. I'm also a train the trainer guy and have taught many budding trainers over the past many years. I believe that having to teach a topic is the best way to learn that topic. I love to learn and experience new technologies. I consider myself a quick learner and a big believer in common sense. I'm very organized and able to quickly assess project needs and restructure if needed, yet maintain familiarity. My goal is to make everyone happy, from management to the employees. I believe I have climbed up the IT ladder because of this outlook. My goal is to stay invested in this field and stay cutting edge.
