Implemented extensive integration with other support areas, and facilitated sessions to discover existing conditions and engineer new processes. Created client-usable deliverables. Presented new processes to 100+ people including senior management. Created training materials, and trained 90+ operations engineers on processes and procedures. Combined customer and partner resources to accomplish goals. Also spent 9 months as a level 2 network support engineer.
