• Provide first-class end user support for Oracle MICROS 3700, 9700, and Simphony point-of-sale applications.• Build and maintain sound working relationships with customer and team members. • Assist on-site IT with server maintenance and upgrades• Install and configure POS systems using remote access tools. • Coordinate the scheduling of service appointments. • Create knowledge base documentation on procedure and service protocols.• Work directly with implementation to resolve escalated cases

• Provide Tier I technical support for 1,100+ National Vision retail stores.• Work directly with store management throughout entire problem solving process, including identifying the problem, determining the cause, conducting an investigation, explain steps to solve, implementing the solution, and following up on the issue. • Perform basic troubleshooting for Linux and Windows operating systems.• Assist with the installation and configuration of sales floor workstations, printers, and fax machines.• Train and educate store associates and managers on the use of new equipment, software, and web applications. • Research and track missing customer and store supply orders. • Answer incoming end user calls and provide assistance in a friendly and professional manner. • Provide a consolidated point of contact for providing Tier I technical support to National Vision employees

• Oversee activities directly related to making products or providing services. • Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties. • Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members, organization officials, and staff members as necessary. • Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems. • Collect payments from customers.

• Prepare checks that itemize and total meal costs and sales taxes. • Write patrons' food orders on order slips, memorize orders, or enter orders into computers for transmittal to kitchen staff. • Check patrons' identification to ensure that they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages. • Roll silverware, set up food stations or set up dining areas to prepare for the next shift or for large parties.

• Use materials such as pens and ink, watercolors, charcoal, oil, or computer software to create artwork. • Confer with clients, editors, writers, art directors, and other interested parties regarding the nature and content of artwork to be produced. • Render sequential drawings that can be turned into animated films or advertisements. • Collaborate with writers who create ideas, stories, or captions that are combined with artists' work. • Create and prepare sketches and model drawings of cartoon characters, providing details from memory, live models, manufactured products, or reference materials.
