Head Coach and Owner of SwimSquads : We represent a community of adults who share a common passion for swimming as both a sport and a lifestyle. Our drive for continuous movement and fitness unites us, but the true highlight of each day is the opportunity to collaborate with these incredible individuals.With a strong membership base of over 140 dedicated adults, we gather 2-3 times a week to help them achieve their fitness goals and prepare for the upcoming season's challenges and sporting events. The camaraderie and support within our group make this journey all the more special and fulfilling.

I started managing the 1st Swim T3 Shop from its conception. For the first 6 months I worked by me self 7 days a week to ensure this business got off the ground. Turned our Wellington shop into a Swim T3 store via re branding and creating 2 more stores. 1 in Albany that also is our warehouse facility and 1 shop in Hamilton. During my time at Swim T3 I have tackled a massive range of roles.SWIM T3 Manager• Floor sales• Maintain extremely high store presentation and visual merchandise image.• Set Swim T3 Store record for highest sales in 1 day with out a sale.• Set Swim T3 Store record (and I believe a NZ record) for most triathlon wetsuits sold 1 person in 1 day.• Set Swim T3 Store record (and I believe a NZ record for retail) for most wetsuits sold 1 calendar year.• Organised and implemented the rostering for all staff.• In charge of training staff on sales, up selling and all product knowledge for all products in the store.• Managing the Swim T3 web store.• Marketing - all stores - designing and implementing these for Goggle and Facebook• Creation of the Weekly email outs to customersLogistics Roles while at SWIMT3• Creating/opening the Hamilton Store and Opening it for trade. • Creating/opening the Albany store and warehouse. • Managing the logistics of our mobile store, as well as event expo'sGraphic Design and Merchandising• Graphic design with Fireworks, AI, Photoshop and ID• Proficient in understanding website design and functionality • Company research and development for new products and/or systems• Creating custom made products for use such as clothing, swim goggles and swimming accessories.• 2012/2013 Merchandising for State Beach Series, State Ocean swims, Auckland and Waikato Swimming.

• The implementation of the numerous squads into the North Shore Swim Club..• Responsible for enabling swimmers to reach their potential and progress out the junior program into the senior squads squads• Design and implement seasonal squad training plans.• Lead daily morning and afternoon swimming training sessions as well as weekend programs and other clubs sponsored swim training programs as needed.• Attend targeted regional and national competitive events in support of swimmers.• Supervise coaches in the delivery of training programs.• Assist the club office with administrative tasks related to team management including swim carnival/club night organization, recruitment, and swimmer performance reporting and parent communications.• Assess new swimmers and the promotion of club swimmers between squads.• Plan the club`s annual swimming calendar.• As Head Junior Coach I was in charge of over 250 swimmers ensuring all squads had a adequate programing, coaching and a pathways though the club to the senior end.• Handling parent complaints and questions.• In charge of club nights where we would have a competitive program and over 150 swimmers attending each month.• In charge of the swim club Meet Manager and Team Manager database systems.• In charge of day to day operations for Junior Club.• 2nd longest term professional paid swim coach at North Shore Swimming since is conception in 1897.• 1997 - 2000 Assistant Junior Coach with Donna Bouzaid.• 2000 - 2003 Junior Head Coach and assistant Senior coach with Jan Cameron• 2003 - 2005 Junior Head Coach and assistant Senior Coach to Thomas Ansorg• 2005 - 2007 Head Age Group Coach
