As a Fleet Professional with over 25 years’ experience I have a unique combination of leadership skills, critical thinking and industry knowledge; collectively saving millions of dollars for current and previous employers through effective analytical data collection, data use for small cycle testing and changes shaping well-run fleet programs keeping cost low with high productivity.  My data driven fleet management approaches lead to well-constructed and executed plans which are aimed at optimizing all aspects of the supply chain from capital acquisition of vehicles, replacement lifecycle planning to operator training, supplier selection, and adherence to compliance standards. Use of innovative ideas has provided me with an EMS 10 innovator of the year 2016 for incorporating solar technology to fleet vehicles. I have instructed on fleet maintenance and the KPI metrics needed to collect, analyze, benchmark and act upon to make high level strategic decisions and improve upon key elements making fleets more effective. Creating forward thinking innovative strategies consistently to improve processes and programs in place while gaining buy-in from all levels within an organization continues to be one of my key strengths.
