Within this role I adopted a two-pronged approach to meet the needs of the business. Principally I was responsible for all institutional competitor research. Secondly, I was responsible for the maintenance and expansion of our representation across a number of investment consultant databases, ensuring timely upkeep of qualitative data and over 100,000 pieces of quantitative data on a monthly basis. This role grew into what my current role is now and two new joiners taking responsibility for the databases.• Managing the expansion of M&G’s coverage on institutional databases. • Increasing the awareness of M&G’s Institutional business, extending M&G’s reach, enhancing searches and increasing each strategy’s visibility by expanding from three databases to nine in under a year and having a higher completion rate than peers.• Working closely with many internal teams to create business efficient reports and reducing the number of reports created internally.

• Managing the marketing literature for all products and solutions across an array of global marketing channels. This included the creation of all fund profiles, oversight of all Monthly and Quarterly fund reports and the creation of all thought leadership, including compliance sign-off.• Worked closely with regional marketing leads to ensure the delivery of strategic projects.• Worked on various projects across the marketing spectrum including; digital, thought leadership, white papers, client and market events, social media, marketing literature, brand development, advertising, web, direct-market, market research and campaigns.
