I enjoyed working for SBS and the only reason I left was due to moving to New Zealand. I worked as a packaging engineer for one of the biggest bakery companies in the world, Grupo Bimbo.I worked a four on four off shift pattern. I worked a 4 on 4 off shift pattern in a morrisons bakery. My day to day activities included attending breakdowns and getting machines back up and running in a timely fashion.Performing mechanical and electrical maintainence. Completing PPMs.Project work. I stepped in as team leader when mine was on holiday or sick. Developing myself and skills.Completing permits and relevant paper work.Completing job cards on the PPM management system.The type of equipment worked on were as such;silos, blowers, daybins, mixers, dividers, moulders, conveyers, provers, retarders, ovens, coolers, slicers, baggers, taggers, box errectors, sealers, stackers and destackers.
