I have worked in the world of IT for over 10 years. I graduated from the Cybersecurity career track at Springboard with a goal of becoming a Secerity Opperation Center analyst. This program helped in achieving my Security+ certification.I have experience working in multiple Operating Systems, working in Active Directory, and Cisco Unified Connection Manager. I have worked on a helpdesk helping end users with various computer issues such as installing software, troubleshooting computer performance issues, and installing hardware such as upgrading RAM and installing printers. My latest role is on a Tier 2 service desk, taking on escalations from Tier 1 technicians. I also troubleshoot Cisco phone configuration issues and configure new phones for existing and new hires.'
