Actively engaged in supporting Archibus Inc. in developing the product suite to further enhance Workplace Management.Space Management & Planning Services - We provide centralised space management services, strategic space planning, occupancy and space planning, 3D virtualisation for story boarding.Space Utilisation Services - We have sigificant experience in delivering space utilisation studies across 15 years and 30 countries. We invest in developing occupancy tracking technologies to capture space utilisation. Our latest iteration uses people counting technology to assess occupancy rates.

Principal Consultant in Technology supporting workplace strategy and management. Key highlights:Managed the CAFM/IWMS implementation for the large companies including BBC, Ericsson, Barclays and BP. These all involved business analysis and process reengineering, technical design, customisation, migration from legacy systems and change management.Designed and developed an online desk booking solution. The main objectives were simplicity (book a desk in 4 clicks) and performance (optimised database design and AJAX was used throughout). Floor plans were displayed using SVG to allow total dynamic control.Architect and developer for the Visible Living Lab (VLL), a solution using active RFID tags and proximity readers to track building occupancy. The results provided space utilisation reports and heatmaps, adjacency of occupants (who's talking to who) through a Cognos data warehouse. The solution won a CoreNet Innovation in Real Estate award.Developed multiple online tools to capture pre and post occupancy statistics and workplace satisfaction.
