Continuing my journey from Magnet Projects, I moved to the parent company Nobia as a Product Owner dedicated for Service & Installation, I took on the pivotal role of managing essential products supporting the field team at Magnet Projects. As a Field Systems Manager, I spearheaded the development, maintenance, and implementation of crucial systems and procedures utilised in our field operations.During my time as Field Systems Manager, we achieved significant milestones, including the creation of a dynamic Customer portal. As Field Operations Manager I am responsible for a team of almost 40 field based contract managers and designers.As a major supplier of kitchens to the social housing market, my nationwide team of contract managers arrange the completion of over 30000 kitchen surveys per year on behalf of a large selection of Housing Associations and their contractors. Ensuring the kitchens can be ordered and delivered on time in full, to our clients in the time frame permitted.During my time as Field Operations Manger at Rixonway, I have overseen the upgrade of IT Equipment and software in the field, paving the way to improve efficiency, lower costs and enhance the residents experience. Through innovation and more efficient practices we have increased output and quality considerably, with a smaller team of designers. We have also successfully developed a paperless survey process, eradicating the need for paper and printers on site, improving environmental credentials for Rixonway and our clients.

As an Installation Manager I had full responsibility for leading and managing the installation service across the area, by providing a high level of service to our clients, managing and coordinating sub contract fitters to meet demands and work to the Company quality standards, and ensuring that timescales are met.

Rixonway Kitchens predominantly supply kitchens to housing associations for refurbishment contracts.As a Contract Designer my primary role is to design kitchens that suit the tenants needs whilst staying within the guidelines specified by their housing association. I have worked with a variety of Housing associations and contractors all over the country. Occasionally accompanied by a representative of the housing association, I not only design the kitchen but also obtain colour choices for decoration and update fitting schedules for some.I regularly liaise with the client and contractors to ensure the designs are of the high standard that is expected.

I held the position of Installation Manager at Masco Onestep Installation Services; the installation arm of the Moores Furniture Group - who supply and install kitchens to the new housing market with high profile clients such as Persimmon Homes, Barratt Homes, David Wilson Homes & Redrow Homes.Home-based, I was predominantly responsible for the installation of kitchens and bathrooms in new housing and flatted developments.It was my responsibility to manage all aspects of installations from survey through to completion including logistics, managing sub-contractors, solving problems with speed and efficiency and demonstrating cost management.My primary objective was to ensure that installations are of the highest quality; endeavouring to make sure that every installation is ‘Right First Time’ and that installations comply with strict Health and Safety regulations associated with working in a construction environment.A key aspect of my role was to maintain healthy and prosperous relationships with my sub-contractors along with each and every site manager, contract manager and construction directors of all our clients.
