Dan has worked with children as young as 7 years old, all the way to professional athletes. As an Ironman triathlete and adventure racer he specializes in endurance sports, and has worked with athletes in sports such as boxing, cycling, swimming, hockey, golf and rodeo. Dan also works with entire teams - from volleyball and football to dragon boat racing.
