Quest Resource Holding Corporation is the holding company for Quest Resource Management Group, a national provider of managed waste and recycling solutions in the U.S. Quest provides services on over 100 types of waste streams, serving a diversified customer base across multiple industries, including grocery, retail, automotive, restaurant, industrial, and construction. We are asset light and don’t own or operate assets, such as a fleet of trucks, recycling or waste facilities, and work with a network of over 3,500 haulers, which allows us to provide unbiased waste minimization recommendations to our customers.

Roundtrip EV Solutions Inc. (REVS) mission is to help the waste industry transition to electric vehicles. Our end-to-end service will provide everything the hauler needs to acquire, install and operate their electric truck fleet (from the truck, to charger, software, and service) at a fixed monthly fee. By doing this we will help waste haulers electrify, removing pollutants from our communities, making our neighborhoods cleaner and quieter.

Roth CH Acquisition Corporation I, II, III, and IV are publicly traded SPACs in partnership with Roth Capital Partners and Craig-Hallum Capital Group targeting companies within the healthcare, wellness, consumer or sustainability sectors. In March 2021, Roth CH I completed a merger PureCycle Technologies (NASDAQ: PCT). PureCycle is commercializing patented technology from the Proctor & Gamble Company to recycle polypropylene (PP) back to virgin-like resin in a low cost process that uses 75% less energy than existing PP manufacturing processes. PCT has long-term feedstock and offtake agreements with global, strategic partners for over 100% of the volume from its first facility in Ironton, Ohio that is scheduled to be commissioned in late 2022.

Dan Friedberg was the founder and Managing Partner of Sagard Capital Partners, an investment fund based in Greenwich, Connecticut. The fund invested in small and mid-cap public companies in the U.S. and Canada. The fund built significant minority positions in companies with long term value creation opportunities. The fund was actively involved with the companies in a non-hostile, constructive manner, often including in a governance role. The business differentiated itself by its depth of the fundamental research, the level of engagement with management and constituents, and track record and experience in driving long term results. Dan led all aspects of the firm as Managing Partner and CEO, driving deal generation, headed the investment committee, and was Sagard’s representative on all company board seats.Dan was on the public company boards of X-Rite Corporation (XRIT), GP Strategies (GPX), InnerWorkings (INWK), Performance Sports Group (PSG), and Hudson Global (HSON as an observer) and Chairman of take-privates IntegraMed Fertility (INMD) and Vein Centers of America (VCA). Dan joined Bain & Company as a consultant in 1987 in the London office, and was a founder of the Toronto office in 1989 and the New York office in 2000. Dan founded the private equity consulting practice in Toronto and was solely dedicated to the practice in the New York office. Dan worked broadly both inside and outside the firm in supporting the firms' operations from office management, recruiting, and professional development. At Bain, Dan provided business due diligence support and post-acquisition execution planning on private equity transactions globally. Bain had a co-investment fund to invest in a select number of these transactions, consistently generating attractive returns. Dan worked alongside management teams across industries, including business services, retail, manufacturing, professional services, asset management, financial services and distribution. His focus was on working with management teams to drive long term measurable results. Specifically, he worked alongside management teams to develop and execute a disciplined set of highly quantifiable strategic initiatives that focused on maximizing long-term shareholder value.
