Since go-live in 2011 we will have achieved savings of $30m in COGs and or supply chain expenses• Responsible for $150m private and specialty brands division, including oversight for strategic brand development, marketing and P&Lo Lead a global sourcing transition from a private brand model to one focused on a differentiated portfolio of brands

• Direct the global sourcing and product development operations for a $2.5 billion dollar footwear company• Created strategic road-map for all sourcing operations aligning with a corporate transformation from a private brand trading model, to a consumer first, owned sourcing model• Managed design, development for all Brown Shoe brands including 8 direct reports and including Healthy Living and Contemporary Brands• Manage offices and manufacturing operations in two offices in China and one office in Florence Italy. Direct responsibility for oversight of a $36m product and sourcing shared services center of excellence
