As a Medical Support Officer, I help organise pre-employment medical assessments for our clients. A pre-employment assessment is a workforce risk management tool used to screen individuals for risk factors that may limit their ability to perform a job safely and effectively.

As a virtual banker, the role was to reach out to consumer account customers to bring the services closer by understanding their lifestyles and dreams, what they cared about, and priorities, so we could suggest better tailor-fit account management. Furthermore, we acted as point-of-contact should they need to reach out to us, by sending emails as a follow-up to the conversation, complete with our contact details. We also helped schedule branch appointments whenever necessary.

Credit Cards Services Specialist for Chase Credit Cards and Amazon (Partner Card). Inbound role assisting customers with services such as (but not limited to) account inquiries, profile update, processing promotional requests such as Balance Transfers and credit limit increase, fintech (payment service), filing disputes, reporting fraud, replacing damaged/lost/stolen cards, and online login assistance. Scope of coverage: Chase-branded cards and partner cards (Amazon).

InntraLinks is a cloud business for secure collaboration (see IntraLinks.com). As a client support representative, I assisted worldwide professionals of all industries to access documents they had permission to view and/or manage. The assistance included login to workspace, document viewing, publishing, and management for Q&A collaborations, M&A deals, pharmaceutical trials, and a whole lot more. As administrators of the secure site, we could see all documents, thus requiring strong attention to the roles given to the clients whether they could manage or simply view them.
