* Department subject matter expert on network/wireless infrastructure, IBM BladeCenter servers, IBM N Series/NetApp FAS storage systems, and Toshiba digital telephone and VoIP systems in Lowe's store environment.* Provide 24/7 Level 3 on-call support to Help Desk and Field Technicians dispatched to store locations to service Cisco network equipment, IBM servers and NAS systems, as well as Toshiba telecom equipment.• Create and document procedures for configuration of store network equipment.• Create training documentation for new hire on-boarding, and conduct new hire training.• Train Tier 1 and 2 analysts on new equipment and procedures.• Analyze store outage incidents for root cause and provide plans for preventing outages and reducing down time.• Collaborate with other IT departments and external vendors to resolve issues.
