Leading client service delivery for Orchard's dynamic roster of clients as part of its senior leadership team. Day to day you'll find me managing key client relationships, overseeing impactful delivery of communications strategies and campaigns by our amazing team and setting the standard for Orchard's work. A key part of my role is team development and I'm passionate about helping my colleague be the best they can be - for our clients, for the agency and for themselves.

Working with clients across the Crown Dependencies and beyond on strategic communications. My job is to go beyond storytelling to understand our clients’ identities, shape their messaging and manage their reputations. Our PR branch, which I lead, is focused on supporting your growth by getting your organisation seen and heard in the right places by the right people – whether that’s in relevant business or trade media titles, with influential journalists in the local and national media, or on your website.

As an Account Director I am responsible for the day-to-day management of my clients' communications and PR activity. My role has a strategic element to it and I am regularly in conversation with my clients on their overarching strategies and how PR can play a part in achieving organisational goals.

We use a range of channels to communicate for our clients and are frequently involved in devising communications strategies to achieve defined objectives.My responsibilities include the day-to-day management of client accounts including strategic planning, copy writing and media relations.

Heading up the team of Account Executives with oversight of media clippings, forward features and the well-being of the team.Working with a range of clients across the financial services, telecommunications and other sectors. Responsibilities include the day-to-day management of client communication needs, working on overarching communications strategies and formulating and implementing specific campaigns.We use a range of channels to communicate for our clients including social media and traditional media and always aspire to ethical, engaging two-way communication.

The Orchard

Account Executive working with a range of clients across financial services, commercial companies and charitable organisations. My responsibilities include writing news releases, copy writing, account management and administration and liaising with local and national media contacts.

I held a variety of administrative roles within the Commerce and Employment Department and the Environment Department. These roles were both internal and customer-facing and required a strong work ethic and the ability to work as part of a team.

The States of Guernsey was in the midst of a large-scale project to roll out the SAP computer system when I was taken on to assist with enquiries about the software. I helped with the initial implementation of the software by contributing to test scenarios and also played an active role in helping the large body of employees to transition to the new system.
