In my early 20s, with an accounting and business education, I was asked to step into a leadership role for the family roofing business during a period of instability and uncertainty. Taking over the role as Chief Financial Officer at Gannon Roofing Supply went well beyond finance and accounting. While my role expanded to include operations, expansion, process improvement, sales, and establishing the company brand, my sweet spot is organizational financial leadership.I developed operating procedures and financial benchmarks to instill financial discipline while growing sales and protecting margins.
