The purpose of the Tactix risk communications practice is to safeguard products, reputations, and brands by understanding how these gaps open and deploying targeted interventions to close them.

I took charge of Policy Options, a monthly print magazine of public policy. In only four months, I created a plan to move to a digital platform, obtained board approval, worked with consultants to design and construct the platform, and maximized publicity by launching the new digital magazine at the outset of a federal election campaign.
