Responsible for coordinating all intercollegiate athletic events. Partner with ICA coaches and staff to ensure all team requirements are fulfilled for training sessions and game day operations. Game day administrator for men’s and women’s soccer. Coordinate the day to day operations of ICA Facilities which include maintenance staff; custodial staff, and grounds staff. Designed and implemented a new waste diversion initiative for the athletic department. Increased waste diversion in Husky stadium by 24% from 2009.Coordinated strategic reorganization of the ICA Facilities Department with the Associate Athletic Director of Event Management and Facilities. Designed and implemented the event operations for People for Patty Murray event featuring President Obama. Tournament Director for the 2010 Softball Regional and 2010 Softball Super Regional.

Collaborate on events with numerous University of Washington departments and units which include but are not limited to Student Life, Engineering Department, UW Alumni Association, Intramural Actives (IMA), Foster School of Business, Presidents Office, etc. Responsible for all event coordination within the UW ICA. Responsible for signing off on all events.Coordination in the renovation of the Gymnastics Practice Facility, Men’s Soccer Locker Room, and Women’ Soccer Team RoomDesign and implemented the event operations for three Dalai Lama visits to the University of Washington and the successful transition from Dalai Lama events to Powwow events. Assist the Event Manager in all aspects of preparation of events within the UW ICADuties include primary contact for all Olympic Sports game day activities, high school graduations, and Don James Center Events. Work with the Event Manger to adjust and manage game day budgets within the UW ICA Develop, schedule, and assign UW ICA Event Staff for all sporting and special events.

Primary contact for game day operations for UW Men’s and Women’s soccer, UW Volleyball and Gymnastics. Worked with UW Marketing on the planning and execution of the UW Development Gala and Come Together Washington. Assist on the design and implementation of the 2005 NCAA Women’s Basketball First and Second Rounds and the 2005 NCAA Volleyball Championship Celebration.

Work with the Development staff on external relations with key donors.Plan and execute special events for the UW Athletic Department including but not limited to the Grand Opening of the Conibear Shellhouse, 2005 Coaches Tour and Insider Banquet, and Senior Graduation Reception.
