Integrated my team with Romanian Soldiersadvisors and a coalition staff compromised of over 5 other countries.♦ Provided executive security to the Commanding General and simultaneously managed U.S.and foreign Advisors to increase the capacity of the local ANA organization; resultedimproving ANA partner capacity and disrupted organizational corruption.
