I started working with my Dad in 1989, when the business was a small radiator repair shop. In 1997, my brother and I purchased Bob's Welding and renamed it Elsmere Ironworks. Together, we expanded the business to focus on more artistic and creative designs where I could use my creative intelligence. In a short time of course training on AutoCAD software I began creating blueprints that would be upscale to the clients. I gained knowledge of modern methods and techniques to design, construct and utilize my talents in addition to problem solving and thinking outside of the norms. I have the ability to use my engineering knowledge to create formulas and calculations to ensure that the product would be quality and fit the specific desired location. I have knowledge in the use of standard office equipment and on-site equipment for the installation. In addition to AutoCAD, I also produced and managed schedules of new work and that of the completed work ready for installation. I collaborated with team members and also builders providing technical details and addressed any concerns.
