Using content marketing expertise to create targeted campaigns that effectively communicated their brand message.

Uspire launched a 10-week program designed to instill real-world entrepreneurship principles, addressing the gap between theory and practice in business education. Our goal is to equip students with the knowledge, resources, and ongoing professional guidance necessary for successful entrepreneurial journeys. We focused on inspiring students through practical learning experiences and created a bridge between industry and academia to open future pathways. Additionally, we aimed to make a measurable impact on the quality of Australia's business education curriculum. This program empowers students to embark on their entrepreneurial endeavors with confidence, benefiting both the workforce and the start-up community.

As the Marketing and Sales Coordinator at PSSS, I faced the challenge of increasing market engagement on a limited budget. I was tasked with developing and implementing an effective marketing strategy. I spearheaded and implemented an effective new tactic — creating a 'product spotlight series' blog showcasing niche products to our customer base through targeted EDMs. To achieve this goal I managed content schedules, organised industry events and product demonstrations, and regularly reported campaign performance to management. Additionally, I conducted customer satisfaction surveys to ensure compliance with certification requirements. With these efforts and the support of the PSSS team led to a 25% increase in market engagement, enhancing the companies visibility as an industry leader.
