Project Manager for tenant finishes. Core and shell construction and ground-up. I just completed an amazing tenant finish in one of the new buildings next to Union Station. It's the new headquarters for an oil and gas company. 85,000 square feet from core and shell to completion valued at $17 million. Many custom finishes including a half-helix staircase, custom millwork throughout, extensive security and data. In spite of a late start due to permitting issues, the project was completed in 7 months and within the scheduled time frame.I've also been working on Higher Education facilities renovations at Metro State University. Recent projects include two facilities remodels for Metro State University - new offices, new computer labs, new student-testing labs, remodeled bathrooms, etc. Combined value of $750,000.My main duty as a project manager is to make sure the client's needs are met and that they are happy at the end of the day. A lot goes into that including: estimate and review competitive bids, generate subcontracts, create and maintain construction schedule, manage submittals, schedule subcontractors, schedule city and state inspections, supervise on-site superintendents and dozens of subcontractors, track shipment of materials, lead weekly OAC meetings with client and architect, approve all invoices and change orders, maintain budget, ensure quality of workmanship.

Ground-up new construction / Interior and exterior remodels /Rental property management.

Projects included the renovation of the Kevin Taylor restaurant - Prima Cafe, and a renovation of the Doubletree Hotel's pool/sauna area and meeting rooms.Added structural repairs to the company's portfolio while marketing the company to various engineering firms. Developed inside support and subcontractor lists for structural repairs and introduced new clients to company.Managed structural projects, plus commercial and residential renovations up to $300,000. Competitively marketed and estimated projects. Created budgets and timelines. Hired subcontractors. Managed site supervisor and field crew. Worked closely with architects, engineers, inspection officials, and clients to ensure project was completed to the client’s expectations, on time and on budget.

Long-standing project manager producing upwards of $1.5 million per year in reconstruction projects. Responsible for acquiring work, generating accurate estimates, creating budgets, managing projects and conducting final cost analysis.Skills include marketing to new and existing clients, estimating, project administration, personnel management of field crew, job-cost reporting and analysis.Projects included: a major renovation of the parking structure for Briargate Condominiums ($1 million), piering the foundation of a building at DeVry University ($300K), removing the historic roof of the Highlands Ranch Historic Barn and structurally modifying the building to accommodate for the new roof we installed ($700K).

Assisted the management of the production department constructing 85 production and semi-custom homes per year.Estimated change-orders, reviewed and approved subcontractors and suppliers invoices and provided inside support to field supervisors. Work as a liaison with homeowners and superintendents to clarify expectations and resolve problem issues.

Estimated all costs for 20 custom homes per year ranging up to $500,000.Responsible for reviewing final plans, resolving field-related problems, avoiding cost overruns, providing customer service, approving invoices and calculating change-orders and final construction costs.
