I am an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual with good communication skills and an eye for detail. I specialise in training design, delivery and coaching, and I can lead a team by example. A fast learner, I relish new challenges, and have gained valuable experience in many areas.When designing and/or delivering training, the learner experience is the highest priority. Giving each individual the opportunity to learn new skills, develop new ideas and identify clear back to work messages for ongoing improvement. I create a training environment that caters for all learning styles, welcomes all levels of knowledge and experience and encourages participation.
