International Operations / Support: Responsible for International operations. Key responsibilities were to provide managers in international subsidiaries, inventory forecast and control, sales quotas, monitor COGS and BOMS as it relates to subsidiaries P&L. Extensive travel was required to meet with managers in Pacific Rim and Europe.Export / Distribution Manager:Responsible for compliance to government export regulations affecting Microsoft products. Managed order entry and administration including billing and receivables. Contracted with carriers to ship products worldwide.

Key responsibilities included the establishment of corporate policies and procedures for payment methods, credit lines and collections. Ensured all payment of international receivables through a export credit insurance policy, Managed and developed policies, practices, and procedures for the international order administration department.

Responsible for order entry, distribution, billing, collections, export licensing, inventory, payroll and bookkeeper.

Main duties included court reporting and legal research.
