Experienced cross cultural coach and trainer, delivering training in both the private and public sectors. I have worked with training providers such as Cartus, Country Navigator / TMA World, BGRS, and Learnlight to deliver coaching and training for a wide range of companies including HSBC, Sony, ArcelorMittal, Ford, Jaguar Land Rover, Kellogg’s and Pepsico.I specialise in preparing people for international assignments as well as in soft skills and communication, drawing on 20+ years’ experience living in India, Lebanon and Jordan, as well as delivering training in multiple other countries. Building on 11 years of experience as a cross cultural coach and trainer, I launched Green Bird Training & Consulting in November 2023, providing consulting and training for multicultural teams and for professionals relocating to new countries around the world.
