During the post-Private Equity acquisition period, drove transformation initiatives in line with Bain Capital's strategy and investment model. Established governance model, standardised processes, and implemented measurement/reporting tools for key programmes. The transformation programme was nominated for CIPS Best Large Procurement Transformation Team award for 2021.• Delivered $130m of savings across 3-year programme, against $1bn of spend by managing opportunity assessments and procurement pipeline.• Enhanced pipeline by incremental $15m in 2023 by developing category strategy frameworks, which introduced category councils to integrate within business functions. • Increasing compliance coverage from 30% to 80% over an 18-month period by developing and implementing criteria to risk assess, identify contract coverage, and evaluate strategic relationships.• Achieved 8% Supplier Diversity target, from 0.5% 24 months prior, and achieved Silver Ecovadis status by driving supplier strategy to shape supplier base in line with corporate values.• Supported the implementation of Coupa P2P tool, covering $600m of global spend across 4 key markets, providing process excellence and change management.• Developed and executed plans for Shared Services Centre, optimising tactical work through value stream analyses, standard work implementation, and system platform enhancements.• Developed procurement policies for function, as well as supplier code of conduct and annual modern slavery statement• Managed annual goal setting, budgeting processes, and global reporting, including quarterly reports and executive reviews. Ensuring that procurement savings were fed into global finance budgets.• Managed team and strategy related to M&A (supplier separation strategy) ~ successfully, executing 3 sizeable divestments from Kantar within the agreed timeframe
