My practice is in real estate law, banking, defective construction claims and common interest community law (condominiums, townhomes and co-ops).My work at Greenstein Sellers also focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate including financing, retail, office and multi-family, as well as workouts, complex loans, foreclosures and collections on behalf of lending institutions. Additionally, I am involved in the negotiation, documentation and closing of complex financing, acquisition, development, leasing and sales transactions.I have represented over three hundred Common Interest Communities and am a frequent speaker at Common Interest Community seminars. I also teach classes pertaining to Common Interest Communities at the Minnesota Multi Housing Association.
