Currently Business Development Manager with WCDL - I qualified as a Personal & Executive Coach in 2008 and later qualified as an NLP Practitioner - I am passionate about all sports but especially Golf and want to get involved in Performance Coaching with teams and individuals (have worked with golf teams and individuals on a voluntary basis in the past). Nothing makes me sadder than seeing a skilful player at any sport or any activity from job interviews to public performances "grasp defeat out of the jaws of victory" due to being unprepared mentally or as it is more commonly known "CHOKING". This is because I know with the use of a few basic NLP Techniques this can be avoided and individual performance can improve dramatically.
