My role is to develop new furniture opportunities within the Architect and Design community for the established Footprint portfolio of work. Based in Clerkenwell, London, principal tasks involve managing the following:– • To prospect for new Furniture Opportunities with clients direct / quantity surveyors / Architects / Designers / Project Managers (professional team).• To sell the attributes of Footprint – well financed, truly independent contract furnishing with fixed & loose BIM CAD capabilities.• Take a brief for furniture from the professional team & to interpret using market knowledge into the optimum solution to meet the brief.• To follow through with presentations / quotations / showroom visits / mock ups based upon Footprint client knowledge & market intelligence.• After converting & winning the deal ensure the Footprint team deliver on the specification agreed & follow up with after sales service.

My role was to carry out internal audits of all orders placed on the Footprint system, with a focus on identifying and minimising errors, to preserve the Footprint overhead and profit.Footprint systems / processes are constantly scrutinise and updated to ensure orders are placed in a timely and consistent manner. To provide direct support to the Operations and Sales Managers, with the main focus on processing all new orders onto the Footprint ordering system in a timely and error free manner. Day to day tasks include new project estimation, customer support, reconciliation of furniture floor plans, invoicing support, tender submission support, project management support and ensuring the Footprint client and suppler databases were maintain and kept updated.

Responsibilities involved the creation and maintenance of all social media accounts and online marketing activities for iKitchen limited, with the focus on driving traffic to the iKitchen website. Social mediums used included Facebook, Twitter, LinkIn, TradeMe and Localist.co.nz.Other responsibilities included the gathering of content to be hosted on the iKitchen website and the composure of e-mails to existing clients in order to communicate deals, trends and limited offers.

To actively encourage primary school aged children to participate in physical activity through soccer. Our business involved teaching social and sporting skills to children aged 5 to 13.
