• Worked collaboratively with the infrastructure team to develop upgrade, maintenance, and support policies for the CRM Shared Service.• Lead development of formalized code development, management, and promotion methodologies• Provided presentations and developed proofs of concept for prospective customers and conferences (COVITS).• Coordinated tasks with internal and external technical resources. Collaborated with Business Owners, Project Managers and Technical Teams to provision estimates, develop overall implementation solution plan, and serve as a lead as required, to implement the installation, customization, and integration efforts.• Managed multiple development teams from 2-11 people, coordinated work tasks and plans and assisted with application architecture and design.• Oversaw aspects of project life cycle, from initial kickoff through requirements analysis, design and implementation phases for multiple projects (GOV, VLDS, WFOS, DHR, VADOC, DJJ, GovElect, eGov) as well as serving as a design and technical resource for additional projects which Agencies developed internally using the CRM Shared Service. • Created Common solutions for reusing and sharing common functionality that could be leveraged for multiple customers. Identified opportunties to abstract development for a specific need in order to include the functionality in a common solution.• Collaborated with the Deputy Secretary of Technology, the OAG, and the technical team to develop a viable process for eSignature for use with the Governor's Office and other State Agencies• Collaborated with the Department of the Treasury, Elavon, and the technical team to develop a viable process for ePayment for use with the Governor's Office and other State Agencies. This service was later expanded to provide ACH payment with Wells Fargo.
