During this period, I led a team of HRP 10 Global Programme Managers, located across the 3 regions of Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific, each leading multiple complex programmes. In this role I was the key point of programme leadership for executive level steerco escalation and transformation programme management for internal and client management teams. During this period, I was also deeply involved in supporting our global sales teams, to understand client requirements, supporting and advising on solution design and to ensure that clients understand TMF’s onboarding project methodology, and more crucially their part within it. Managing a number of different projects, where there is a requirement for the Logica Payrolls across the 32 countries to deliver integration activities into a new Global Coporate funcyion. These projects have included making final Share Plan Payment through Payrolls, and implementing a new Global Share Plan.
