Executed line balances to optimize efficiency, revised plant layouts to minimize material flow, led projects to improve cost, inventory, and product flow throughout the plant. Introduced machined part and plated part daily kitting. Implemented setup reduction techniques, ergonomic analyses, and technical productivity improvements.
