As visionary and technical program manager, I led from inception, two now enterprise systems at the NIH; the NIH Research Data Archive a holistic research database dedicated to the sharing of all human subjects data (clinical, genomics, and neurosignaling) supporting research data reuse and result replication in mental health and substance use research; and the eRA Commons, the grants management interface supporting principal investigators and research institutions in the application and business management of over $30B in annual research. While leading programs of over 30 full time employees using leading edge agile systems development practices, I have maintained and advanced my technical skillset in AWS cloud, database, and software development technologies (Java, Python, Oracle…). Combined, I have the experience to leverage the emerging big data assets and technologies. I seek a position or partnership with an equally visionary organization or institution - public or private – seeking to use data science as a foundation to better accelerate research discovery.
