• Coordinate with editors, directors, designers and producers to determine audio needs and develop timelines and workflows on a project to project basis• Design and deliver high quality audio assets including sound effects, original music, stems, edited and mixed dialogue, and final mixes • Manage timelines and project needs for commercial video, documentary, narrative films, and video games• Ensure all deliverables meet the standards for targeted platforms in a timely manner• Establish plans of action between crew members on set and in post-production settings• Organize audio content including those recorded on-set, in the field and assets from other designers

• Provide detailed, personalized instruction in the performance of several instruments (including piano, guitar, bass and ukulele), the foundations of arrangement and composition, and sound design in musical contexts• Encourage the development of a musical voice and comfort with performance• Develop individualized lesson plans to suit the needs, technical abilities, and future aspirations of students• Coordinate with students and office staff on scheduling needs, instrument rentals and studio availability

• Create storyboards for promotional videos and interviews• Draft proposals and execute planning for special events• Write feature and social media content for the company and clients• Record location sound for video projects • Edit and provide post-production for all video projects

• Conceptualize and execute content for each issue• Profile local artists and businesses and their relevance to Philadelphia• Trace new trends in the musical landscape of the city• Assist editors in leading content development• Create and organize cover story content
