I am the IT Program Manager for Agile Defense in charge of the IT division (G6) at U.S. Army Central. I oversee all aspects of Information Technology to include Active Directory, Group Policy, HBSS, McAfee, SharePoint, VM, SQL, Exchange, SCCM, Nexus, CommVault and Citrix to name a few.• Manage and lead an amazing team of System Administrators, Network Administrators, Information Assurance/Cyber Security Administrators, VTC technicians and Helpdesk Technicians supporting the U.S. Army Central Command at Shaw AFB, SC• Provide briefings and key information to Sr. leaders • Evaluate number of personnel/resources needed to ensure the success of the mission and conduct all interviews and hiring for incoming personnel• Perform in house analysis of employees and provide career progression training to maximize available personnel and provide cross training to allow seamless coverage during absences• Track career progression/goals and grade employees yearly on performance
