Studio leader for 24 person studio that focused on Retail Commercial and Higher EducationSouthPark Mall Charlotte, NC Senior Project Manager for this 1,700,000 sf, $120 million expansion and renovation of an existing Retail Mall. I lead the design and construction teams and managed the entire process until the project was complete. There were 40 separate permit packages as the project was constructed in 20 phases. I developed a web based management system for review of design and construction documents by all project participants. This project had 3 separate ownership groups and involved the coordination of up to 50 tenants. I was responsible for the design of many of the tenants upfits , but some tenants brought their own Architects for their upfits. I was responsible for coordinating this Design and Construction effort with the ongoing renovations and expansion projects.
