Including direct reports of 8 Servo Assemblers, 4 CNC Component Machinists and 2 Shipping/Material Handling Associates. Responsibly for facility’s annual operating budget for building/grounds requirements.  Manage the daily functions of tool designer and manufacturing services technician in support of (4) Wisconsin/Missouri manufacturing operations. Responsible for development and maintenance of Labor Standards and process routings for AC and DC product line. Manufacturing processes include light Assembly, CNC Metal Cutting, Metal Forming and Die Cast.  Manage corporate toolroom consisting of leadman, (1) mold designer, (3) CNC mold machinists and (3) machinists. Toolroom provided production tooling/fixturing/molds for all Leeson product line operations. Manage Corporate Machine Build Group/Plant Maintenance that provide equipment repair/maintenance support for Leeson Grafton plant and corporate wide support on development and building of in-house specialized equipment.
