About Dan Hawks
Currently serve as the Director of Leasing, which involves all of our commercial and residential leasing. I work to solve client's needs when it comes to finding office space, warehouse space, or land for build to suit projects. We provide in-house design, estimates to complete tenant improvements, and property management to ensure that our properties are well taken care of, and our clients are happy. Previously, I worked as a Project Estimator in the construction industry learning about the cost components of commercial projects, being able to interpret architectural plans, and learning to work with the construction team when it comes to performing various construction projects. Colleagues know me as a highly motivated and ambitious employee who can be trusted to meet deadlines, work well with others, and to always provide superb customer service. I work hard to find a solution to client's problems/difficulties. I also make sure to communicate clearly and effectively, but making sure to stand back and listen to others.
