Worked alongside CFO of SCP’s $70 million healthcare portfolio company to help improve the company’s financial controls and performance. Initiated procedures and built comprehensive forecast model and variance analysis to monitor key revenue/cost drivers, unit economics, customer profitability and on going capital needs. Presented findings and procedures to the board of directors. The portfolio company was successfully sold in 2008

Helped create the infrastructure for the startup of the investment bank. Managed the hiring process and developed/led the training platform for new analysts, which resulted in the hiring of 4 new analysts. Completed and/or provided advice on various transactions for clients across diverse industries, including private placements (equity and debt), PIPEs, M&A, going-private transactions, and fairness opinions.• Consulted with major convenience store operator on capital raising alternatives for $200 million buyout of major shareholder; created analysis and strategy used to secure $80 million in financing for the acquisition of 70+ gas stations.• Advised $150 million automotive supplier on its sale to a major competitor.
