About Dan Hellin
For more than 30 years, I have been directing, managing and coordinating complex, multi-disciplinary coastal and ocean projects both nationally and internationally. My work has focused on a wide range of issues including: marine renewable energy; marine spatial planning; port and harbor management; regulatory and policy analysis and development; and economic analysis.Since 2013, I have been developing PacWave - a suite of open ocean, wave energy test facilities located off the coast of Newport, Oregon.
