As the team lead for the LavWell Technologies Data Science group, I currently have the opportunity to lead a dedicated group of scientists and interns who are at the leading edge of predictive, precision healthcare. Our goal is to detect the onset of diseases and medical conditions before they become an emergency, through a combination of in-home health sensors and leading edge artificial intelligence. Although originally trained as a mechanical engineer with a strong emphasis in signal analysis, I have discovered that data science is a passion of mine, and I'm excited about the possibility to use data science to improve the quality and duration of our lives. Learning is a passion of mine and I continue to actively seek out new opportunities to expand my skills and experiences. My strong educational background has prepared me to be a significant contributor in many aspects of the workplace.
