Senior Vice President Of Us Operations & Wholesale Channel

Responsible for the US Operations performance with regards to Safety, Quality, Service, Cost, and Working Capital. The role is accountable for the customer experience, employee development, asset utilization, and COGS reduction. Process Improvement, Project Management, and Restructuring are used to extract maximum value from a complex network of warehouses and suppliers. In addition, responsible for the profitability and growth of the wholesale distributor sales channel. This includes monitoring and analyzing key sales metrics, developing selling strategies for key accounts, monitoring competitors’ sales activities/strategies, creating partnerships that mutually benefit both customer and supplier, onboarding new wholesalers, and meeting revenue targets.
