Contributed significantly to the design-process and was responsible for co-writing the game-logic for new content.Pure (released Sep 2008, 85% on Metacritic):- Contributed to the Environments team, making adjustments to environmental effect shaders and developed a system for mapping down ground types within environments.- Produced screens for the career portion of the game flow, added functionality to the save game system and implemented the Xbox Achievements logic for the project, as a member of the UI team.- Fixed bugs relating to networking, Xbox Technical Certification Requirements and online leaderboard implementations during the final months of the project.- Sole responsibility for implementation of the patch to add PlayStation Trophy support at post-release.Unannounced Projects:- Worked on all aspects of an existing game engine as an all-purpose programmer to produce a first-playable prototype of an unannounced sequel. - Self-trained on the usage of Lua and investigated Lua-VM integration with existing game engine, via a third party middleware, to the aim of allowing designers to rapidly prototype game modes.- Three months experience working with Unity, producing an implementation of navigation mesh path-finding and a custom GUI for linking AI behaviours.- Applied for (and was granted) responsibility to refactor core code which had been problematic for past projects.
