Responsible for contributing to the overall Illuminet Solutions sales target agreed with the CCO, and maintaining relationships with existing clients such as Thames Valley Police, SSE and NTT data.

Managed the day to day finances and reporting of a portfolio of 50+ Client Accounts, totalling over £7million, and providing bespoke bookkeeping services for all clients including Oxford University Endowment Fund, EE Ltd and Talbot Village Trust.

Overseas Internship spent in various departments:International Banking Group – Assigned to undertake market research of new software (Collateral Management Systems) before analysing and presenting vendor recommendations back to senior management. Also responsible for graphically analysing operational loss data for all countries under IBG control, and presenting findings to the rest of the team.IT Operations and Service Delivery – Conducted analysis of major NBK software applications, and skills sets of Business Service Support personnel, as a pre-requisite to the formation of an enterprise wide Configuration Management Database (CMDB). Shadowed various employees in all other sub-departments; IT Infrastructure, IT Ops, Service Delivery and Client Support. Also witnessed end of day batch processing during night shifts, as well as participating in a disaster recovery weekend.Economic Research and Insight Department – Shadowed a number of employees to gain an understanding of the department, as well as some graphical analysis of recent GDP and Inflation trends for Kuwait.
