Management of multiple project teams through all phases of multiple, concurrent site developments for internal and external clients from inception through to planning, implementation and handover. Co-ordinate activities and reporting between customer, Arqiva delivery functions and suppliers to effect efficient and timely delivery of site share projects.

Managing both internal and external client’s requirements and budgets to ensure the accurate forecasting and delivery of both upgrade and new build projects from inception, planning, design and implementation to client handover within agreed service level agreements. Responsible for achieving customer build expectations without exceeding financial budgets.

Managing the Orange London & SE rollout project from acquisition, through to the installation and commissioning of their telecommunications equipment. Provide accurate monthly forecasting to the client, tracking costs and assessing the financial viability of each site as an individual business case.

Responsible for ensuring the smooth progression of outgoing Orange site shares from acquisition through to their integration within the Orange mobile network. Close communication with all major operators in the UK Telecommunications industry, dealing with budgets, programme management, site design, build, quality, equipment provision and deployment.

Responsible for maintaining quality assurance of Rollout Macrocell Sites for Orange PCS, ensuring new sites were built in line with the operator’s current specification through close interaction with the Design & Construction teams both on site and in an office environment.
